1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major areas within Nairobi and its environs. For deliveries outside Nairobi, please contact us to confirm availability and delivery charges.

2. Delivery Times

Our standard delivery times are:

• Same Day Delivery: Orders placed before 7:00 PM on business days

• Next Day Delivery outside Nairobi: Orders placed after 11:00 AM

• Weekend Deliveries in Nairobi: Available for orders placed by Friday 6:00 PM

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location:

• Within Nairobi Free delivery for orders above KES 6,000

• Nairobi Suburbs: Starting from KES 300

• Outside Nairobi: Charges vary based on distance

Exact delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

5. Delivery Instructions

Please ensure that:

• Someone 18 years or older is available to receive the delivery

• Valid ID may be required to verify age upon delivery

• The delivery address and contact number provided are accurate

• Any special delivery instructions are included in your order notes

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

• No one available to receive the order

• Incorrect address provided

We will attempt to contact you to reschedule. A re-delivery fee may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
