The estate vineyards, located inland from Big Sur, are rooted in deep, gravelly soils ideal for producing premium Chardonnay. These conditions encourage the growth of small berries with intense, refined fruit character.

Crafted from 100% Chardonnay, the wine is aged for 10 months in stainless steel along with a mix of new and seasoned French and American oak, enhancing both freshness and complexity.
