Description

Rutherford Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 Red Dry Wine, Napa Valley

This is a premium Napa Valley dry red. A bold yet polished expression of Napa Valley, this Cabernet Sauvignon delivers depth, richness, and elegance in every glass. It's the kind of wine that's perfect for corporate gifting and fine, or upscale dining.

It opens with inviting aromas of black cherry, blackcurrant, and dark plum. On the palate, silky layers of blackberry and fig unfold, gently framed by notes of clove and refined tannins. The finish is smooth, structured, and beautifully balanced, offering both power and finesse.

Food Pairing: This wine is made for the table. Pair it with braised short ribs, herb crusted lamb, or rich vegetarian dishes to bring out its full character. It also stands confidently on its own, perfect for slow evenings and special moments.

ABV 14.5%

The 2021 vintage tells a story of resilience, shaped by a dry growing season and naturally low yields that concentrated the fruit, enhancing both intensity and depth.

Harvest began early, allowing winemakers to capture perfectly ripened grapes just before the arrival of fall rains. The result is a wine that balances power with polish.

Sourced primarily from the Heide Ranch vineyard, where mature vines and exceptional Napa Valley soils produce bold, expressive fruit, this Cabernet reflects the hallmark qualities of the region: richness, structure, and balance.

Aged for 12 months in French and American oak, the wine develops added complexity with soft spice, subtle caramel notes, and a smooth, well integrated finish that complements its vibrant fruit profile.
